In this article, we share with you the process for initiating refunds and the timelines for the same.
Currently, we are in the process of building an amazing and super simple refund feature so that creators are able to issue refunds directly with ease. We will notify you once the feature is live.
If a learner wants to get a refund on their course purchase, please raise a ticket and our team will process the refund for your student directly. In case of refunds, students will get a full refund and no transaction charges are applicable.
To raise a ticket, you can reach out to us via:
- Chat from your site once you are logged in.
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do make sure to share the below listed details in the ticket:
- Student Name
- Registered Email ID
- Exact Transaction amount
- Date of transaction
- Time of transaction (if available)
- Transaction reference number (if available)
Once you share the information via chat/ email, our team will initiate the refund process within the next 24 business hours. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 - 10 days to reflect in the end users account depending upon the processing timelines of the financial institutions involved.
Note: Refunds can only be processed where Knorish’s default payment gateways are used.
